Toppers is a beloved Floridian soft-serve ice cream chain known for its old-fashioned, custard-style soft-serve. Seeking to evolve from its classic retro space-age aesthetic, the brand aimed for a more modern and inviting look. Brandi served as the Show Set Design Lead on the project, working directly with the client to guide the rebrand from concept to completion. Drawing on her expertise in mid-century modern design, she developed a fresh, vibrant visual identity—beginning with a new logo and culminating in the full renovation of the first rebranded location at the Renaissance Hotel near SeaWorld.
